Our Story
Founded on Experience, Driven by Results
Max Realty Solutions traces its roots to 1988, when founder Shahin Mirkhan began his career as a licensed Ontario realtor at Re/Max Hallmark (then known as Re/Max Elite) — one of the GTA's premier residential brokerages. After more than a decade refining his expertise across residential and commercial transactions, Shahin established the brokerage in 2004 under the HomeLife Real Estate Solutions franchise.
In 2010, the brokerage separated from the HomeLife franchise system to operate independently as Max Realty Solutions Ltd., Brokerage — giving the firm and its agents the autonomy to deliver flexible, client-first service without corporate franchise constraints.
Today, under Shahin's leadership as Broker of Record, Max Realty Solutions continues to serve buyers, sellers, investors, and fellow agents across the Greater Toronto Area. Based in Thornhill, the firm combines the flexibility and personal attention of an independent brokerage with the market knowledge and transaction experience — including institutional-scale retail plaza transactions — of a much larger firm.

With 38 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Shahin Mirkhan is a seasoned broker recognized for delivering strategic, well-considered solutions across the Greater Toronto Area.
Throughout his career, he has led and closed high-value transactions across the acquisition, leasing, and management of multi-tenant retail plazas and investment assets. His deep understanding of asset performance, tenant strategy, and value creation allows him to guide clients and investors through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.
As Founder and Broker of Record of Max Realty Solutions, Shahin has built a boutique brokerage focused on high-quality advisory, long-term relationships, and measurable results.
